FAQ

  • Where do I begin?

Check out each therapist page and find out which therapist works with your insurance, what brings you to therapy and who you connect with. Some therapists allow you to schedule online and some you can schedule through email.

  • What is the Cost?

The cost will depend on whether you are utilizing insurance or self-pay. If you are using insurance, please contact the number on the back of your card to find out your benefits and your potential cost. Insurance does require a “medical necessity” to be shown so you will have to be diagnosed. If this is a concern, self-pay is an option to maintain privacy and avoid a diagnosis. There are some insurances that will only cover certain diagnosis so, again, please check with YOUR benefits.

Self-pay is up front and due at the end of each session.

  • If I use insurance, when do I pay?

After each session, our biller submits an electronic claim to your insurance to let them know there was a session. The insurance will process this (can take up to 45-60 days) and in that time you will receive a statment in the mail from your insurance called an EOB (explanation of benefits) that will give you a heads up about what you owe. Sometime after, we will receive a similar thing instructing us what to charge you. If you have a card on file, this will be charged to your card unless you have discussed this with your therapist.

  • How do I schedule?

Once you find the therapist you would like to schedule with, click the link on their profile to schedule. You can also contact us by phone at (304) 905-5501 (call or text). If someone isn’t available, you will receive a call back within 24 hours.

  • I requested an appointment, what's next?

If you sent a message, the therapist will return your message within 24 business hours If you scheduled online you will receive an approval or denial for the appointment. If your appointment is approved, you will receive paperwork through your portal (how you scheduled) to be completed as soon as possible.
