Counselor Trainee

I’m Aubrey Davis, a counselor trainee currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I work primarily with teens and young adults, and my approach to counseling is rooted in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive space where you are allowed to show up exactly as you are.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, genuine, and tailored experience, tailored to your individual needs as we work together toward growth, healing, and self-understanding.

My goal is to provide an environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported while navigating life’s challenges, stressors, or personal transitions.

Outside of work and school, you can usually find me spending time outside playing with my puppy, spending time with my parents, or watching anime—my current favorite is Naruto.
